Did you know that fish is credited with possessing more healthy ingredients than any other food? Fish-enriched diet fills our body with protein, omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. They all have an extremely positive effect on our health. From our conception to birth, nutrients found in fish take care of our initial development. After birth they aid with brain development and finally, in adulthood, they increase our psychophysical abilities and inhibit the aging process.

Experts recommend we consume fish at least twice a week!

Fish strengthens our immune system and assists with battling depression, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and other ailments.
